Before participating in any contest please carefully familiarize yourself with the rules below. This is to prevent disputes and ensure you fully understand the terms of the challenge.

«Standoff 2» contests rules

  1. These «Standoff2» contest rules (hereinafter referred to as – Rules) are legally binding agreement between AXLEBOLT LTD (hereinafter referred to as – Organizer, we) and you as a participant (hereinafter referred to as – Participant, you) and regulate the procedure for participation in contests held on The Organizer’s Social networks and/or using the service «Standoff 2 Art Platform».

General information

  1. The Organizer of the Contest is AXLEBOLT LTD (a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, registration number: HE 409660, address: Christodoulou Chatzipavlou, 221, Helios Court, Flat 401, 3036, Limassol, Cyprus).

  2. The Contest venue – is the Internet. The Contest is held online using the Internet, including through a Social network and/or service «Standoff 2 Art Platform».

  3. The Contest is not a lottery or a game of chance and does not require any payment of money for participation.

  4. The Contest is held to foster, support and develop the creative abilities of The Participants, as well as to stimulate interest in the gaming community and engage users in creative activities related to the Game. The Contest aims to encourage self-expression, originality, and interaction between Participants within the official Social networks.

Terms

  1. Game – a mobile game application under the general name STANDOFF 2, available for devices operating on iOS and Android operating systems.

  2. Social networks – official accounts dedicated to the Game on the following platforms:

  • Telegram: t.me/play_standoff2; https://t.me/Standoff2_e_sports;

  • Discord: https://discord.com/invite/standoff2;

  • VK (Вконтакте): https://vk.com/standoff2_official;

  • YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@Standoff2Game; https://www.youtube.com/@standoff2_esports; https://www.youtube.com/@Standoff2Live;

  • Twitch: standoff2esports_ru;

  • TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@official_standoff_2;

  1. Service «Standoff 2 Art Platform» (also «Art Platform») – an online platform available at art.standoff2.com, designed for participation in, viewing, and supporting Users in Creative Contests organized and administered by Axlebolt and includes functionality that allows Users to upload, view, and interact with Creative Content.

  2. Contest News – an official informational announcement from the Organizer, published on the Social network and/or on the «Standoff 2 Art Platform» service, containing information about the Contest, its stages, conditions, results, winners, and other announcements related to the Contest. This news is an integral part of these Rules, and the information contained therein is binding on Participants.

  3. User – a person registered on the Social network and/or in the «Standoff 2 Art Platform» service.

  4. Participant – A User who has fulfilled the conditions for participation in the Contest, as defined by the Rules and Contest News.

  5. Contest work – the result of the Participant's creative work, independently created by them as part of their participation in the Contest in accordance with the assignment and conditions established by the Organizer. Contest work may include, but is not limited to, images, text, videos, music, or other materials possessing characteristics of originality and authorship.

  6. Contest – an activity organized on Social networks and/or in the service, which involves the Participant performing certain actions (including, where applicable, the creation of a Contest work) and the possibility of receiving a Prize.

  7. Winner – a Participant of the Contest who is recognized by the Organizer as meeting the selection criteria and has the right to receive the Prize.

  8. Prize – an incentive awarded to the Winner based on the results of the Contest, the type and form of which are determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion.

  9. Nickname – a network name/pseudonym used by the User on the Social network.

  10. ID-address – a unique network identifier (username, profile ID, hash, tag, etc.) that allows the User to be accurately identified on the Social network.

Acceptance of the Rules

  1. By submitting an application to participate in the Contest, sending a Contest work, or performing other actions expressly provided for by the terms of the Contest, you confirm your full and unconditional agreement with the Rules.

  2. By participating in the Contest you confirm that:

7.1 You are a person who has attained legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction;

7.2 If you have not reached the age of legal capacity, participation is carried out with the consent and on behalf of your legal representatives, who accept the Rules on your behalf;

7.3 You reside in a jurisdiction where participation in Contests and receipt of Prizes is not prohibited by law;

7.4 You have read the Rules, fully understood them and accept them without any reservations;

7.5 You independently fulfill the obligations stipulated by the legislation of your jurisdiction for participation in the Contest and in the event of receiving the Prize (e.g., payment of applicable taxes, fees, duties, etc.)

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes and additions to the Rules at any time without prior notice to Participants. The current version of the Rules is posted on the page: https://art.standoff2.com/en/page/monstersrules.

  2. Participation in the Contest after changes have been made constitutes the Participant's consent to the new version of the Rules.

Personal data

  1. By participating in the Contest, the Participant consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of organizing and conducting the Contest in accordance with the Rules. Personal data includes:
  • First name, last name, patronymic;

  • The nickname and ID-address indicated on the Participant's page in the relevant Social network;

  • Other information voluntarily provided by the Participant as part of participation in the Contest.

  1. If the Participant is recognized as the Winner, he additionally agrees to the provision and processing of a scanned copy of his passport (or other identity document), if this is necessary for the delivery of the Prize or the fulfillment of other legal requirements.

  2. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Organizer solely to the extent and for the purposes necessary for conducting the Contest and providing the Prize, and includes: collection, systematization, storage, use, depersonalization and other actions that do not contradict the current legislation.

  3. The Participant has the right to revoke consent to the processing of his personal data at any time by sending a written notice to the Organizer at the address [email protected].

  4. The Organizer is obliged to stop processing the Participant’s personal data within 30 days from the date of receipt from the Participant of the corresponding written notice of withdrawal of the Participant’s consent to the processing of his personal data.

  5. The processing of personal data will be carried out by the Organizer in compliance with the principles and rules provided for by Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of 27.07.06 «On Personal Data» (where applicable), the applicable requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and also taking into account the requirements of the legislation of citizenship and/or location of the Participant.

  6. The User can familiarize himself with the privacy policy when participating in the Contest using the «Standoff 2 Art Platform» service via link: https://art.standoff2.com/docs/privacy_policy_en.html. In the event of a conflict between the Rules and the specified policy, the policy shall apply.

  7. The Organizer undertakes to cease processing personal data upon completion of the Contest and provision of the Prize.

Methods of informing the Participants

  1. The terms and conditions of each specific Contest are determined by these Rules and the content of the relevant Contest News published on the Social network and/or on the «Standoff 2 Art Platform». In the event of discrepancies, the information contained in the Contest News shall prevail. Specific dates, Contest format, Prize composition and form, and other participation details are set forth in the Contest News.

License for Contest work

  1. Participants in the Contest grant the Organizer free of charge, an exclusive license to use their Contest works without limitation on time, territory, or method of use. This license includes, but is not limited to, the following rights:
  • Reproduction of the Contest work, in whole or in part, by any means and in any form;

  • Distribution by any means, including in publications, digital and physical media;

  • Public display;

  • Making available to the public;

  • Reworking, adapting, editing, creating derivative works;

  • Inclusion in advertising, marketing, and other commercial materials;

  • Use for any purpose, including commercial, with the possibility of sublicensing rights to third parties.

  1. The Organizer is not obligated to indicate the name (pseudonym) of the author of the Contest work when using it. The winner confirms that such use does not require additional consent and does not entail the payment of any remuneration.

  2. The User guarantees that:

  • The Contest work was created by the Participant personally and does not violate the exclusive rights of third parties;

  • If the work contains images, videos, or other objects involving third parties, their consent to use such materials within the framework of the Rules has been obtained;

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any claims from third parties related to the use of the Contest works, and the Participant undertakes to resolve such claims independently and at their own expense.

Requirements for participation in the Contest

  1. The Participant’s profile on the Social network should be open so that it is possible to contact the Participant via private messages on the Social network.

  2. Contest works are accepted in the manner specified in the Contest News. Depending on the terms of a specific Contest, submissions may include, but are not limited to, the following methods:

  • posting in the «Standoff 2 Art Platform» service;

  • posting in the comments to a contest post on a Social network;

  • sending via a special chatbot;

  • uploading via link provided by the Organizer;

  • posting on the Participant's personal account with the mandatory inclusion of a hashtag or mention of the Organizer's official account;

  • by other means described in the Contest News.

  1. Participant is obligated to familiarize himself with the submission requirements specified in the relevant Contest News and comply with the established instructions. The Organizer reserves the right to reject incorrectly submitted or formatted entries.

  2. The Contest deadlines are specified in the Contest News. If the exact time for submissions is not specified, the deadline is "inclusive." For example, April 2nd means submissions will be accepted until 11:59 PM Moscow time on April 2nd.

  3. All actions provided for by the Rules are considered completed and recorded by the Organizer according to Moscow time. (GMT+3). Any time specified in the Rules should be considered as Moscow time. (GMT+3).

  4. If the Contest has multiple nominations, you can participate in each. Each Participant can only win in one nomination.

  5. Each Participant has the right to send an unlimited number of works to the Contest, unless otherwise expressly stated in the rules.

  6. The work must not violate the rules of the Game and the site on which it is posted (Social network and/or «Standoff 2 Art Platform» service), as well as the legislation of the country of jurisdiction of the Participant, the Republic of Cyprus and the Russian Federation (where applicable).

Graphic Contests

  1. The Contest work format is an image no smaller than 1000 pixels wide. For very large images, please use thumbnails or links to the original (if applicable).

  2. The work can be done on paper, canvas, with a graphics tablet, or any other medium. We primarily evaluate the overall quality of the image, the idea, and the level of detail.

  3. The image should contain the current logo of the game, the author's signature, the date of creation, and must not contain watermarks. The Organizer permits the use of the Game logo solely for the purposes and in the manner provided for in these Rules.

  4. Along with the Contest Work the Participant should attach several (from 2 to 5) screenshots of the creation process to verify authorship. For the VKontakte (ВКонтакте) album, use the comments, and for Discord, add the images directly along with the final work. To participate in the Contest using «Standoff 2 Art Platform», attach the relevant screenshots on the Contest work submission page.

  1. The works are allowed to use elements from the Game, they are available at the link - https://standoff2.com/assets/. By using the listed assets, you agree to comply with all provisions of the Organizer's license agreement, which is located at the above link.

  2. Only original works dedicated to the Game and created specifically for the specific Contest are eligible for participation. Previously published images will not be accepted.

  3. Possible options of Contest works are:

  • traditional drawing — a composition created by hand on paper/canvas using paints, oil, pencils and other art materials.

  • computer graphics — are compositions created in any 2D or 3D graphics editor, on a game engine, or using any other graphics programs.

  • art — a drawing or composition created in any way convenient for the author, either with traditional materials or using 2D or 3D graphic editors.

  • collage — a composition created on the basis of materials from the Game (images, scenes, screenshots, models) or other official sources that are the intellectual property of the Organizer.

Photo Contest

  1. Work format — a photograph, at least 1000 pixels wide. Details in the photograph must be clearly visible.

  2. The image must not contain post-processing (filters and effects) unless permitted by the Contest terms and conditions.

  3. Only original works that correspond to the Contest theme are eligible for participation.

  4. The author's presence in the photograph of the Contest work is permitted, unless otherwise specified in the rules.

Video Contest

  1. Work Format — a video uploaded to YouTube or TikTok with the mandatory inclusion of the contest # (hashtag) in the YouTube title or TikTok description.

  2. The recommended video length is no more than 59 seconds. Please keep your videos within the specified timeframe unless otherwise specified by the Contest rules.

  3. Only original works dedicated to the Game and created specifically for appropriate Contest are eligible.

  4. Contest work must not contain:

  • audio tracks containing obscene language;

  • advertisements for services selling in-game currency (Example: tg-shops, Playerok), as well as any other advertising materials;

  • demonstration of fraudulent services, hacking programs, or advertisements for websites and social media groups related to the sale of accounts, bots, and rank boosts in the Game;

  • demonstration of projects illegally using the Organizer's intellectual property (Example: private servers).

  1. Participants must be prepared to provide screenshots from YouTube's creative studio or their TikTok account to confirm authorship of the Contest entry. They must also provide any additional materials required by the Organizer.

Prizes

  1. Prizes for winning the Contest are established and specified in the Contest News. Depending on the terms of a specific Contest, the prize may be:
  • In-game valuables (e.g., in-game currency, items, skins, etc.);

  • money;

  • goods, merchandise and other intangible or tangible rewards.

  1. The form, method and terms of transfer of the Prize are specified in the Contest News or determined by the Organizer at its discretion.

  2. All obligations to pay taxes and other mandatory payments arising in connection with the receipt of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner and must be fulfilled independently in accordance with applicable law. The Organizer is not responsible for the Winner's fulfillment of these obligations and is not a tax agent, except in cases expressly provided by law.

The procedure for determining the Contest Winner and receiving the Prize

Criteria for determining the Winner

  1. The Winners of the Contest are determined by the Organizer based on a comprehensive assessment of the Contest work, taking into account the following (but not limited to) criteria:
  • originality and expressiveness of the idea;

  • level of creativity and originality;

  • technical execution (depending on the format of the work: 2D graphics, 3D modeling, video editing, animation, etc.);

  • compliance of the Contest work with the theme and conditions specified in the Contest News;

  • visual composition, aesthetic perception, and attention to details;

  • estimated labor costs and complexity of implementation;

  • general impression and emotional impact of the Contest work;

  • compliance with the technical requirements, format and deadlines for submitting the Contest work;

  • voting result on «Standoff 2 Art Platform» service.

  1. At the discretion of the Organizer, an expert, specialist or other person with professional knowledge, experience or public recognition in the relevant field (including an artist, designer, video editor, blogger, public figure, etc.) may be involved in the evaluation process.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the Winners, including in the event of disputed or equally valid Contest works. The Organizer's decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Procedure for receiving the Prize

  1. The Organizer contacts the Winners within 14 business days via social media messages or by contacting the Game's technical support. In some cases, the Prize may be credited to the Winner's in-game account without further contact via social media.

  2. If the Winner fails to contact the Organizer within 7 calendar days of notification of winning, or fails to provide the necessary information for the Prize delivery within the specified timeframe, their win may be annulled. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion:

  • determine a new Winner from among the other Participants,

  • not award the Prize at all,

  • dispose of the Prize in another manner.

  1. The Winner undertakes to provide the Organizer, upon request, with all necessary information and documents, including, if necessary, a copy of their passport or other identification document, as well as other data necessary for personal identification, Prize transfer, and/or compliance with legal requirements, as well as the consent of the Winner's legal representatives to receive the Prize. Failure to provide such data within the specified timeframe may result in the results being annulled and the Prize being denied.

  2. The Organizer will not require additional funds from the Winner to receive the Prize.

  3. The Prize is transferred in the manner determined by the Organizer.

  • Digital and/or cash prizes may be awarded to Winners residing in any country.

  • Material Prizes (including, but not limited to: souvenirs, toys, clothing, electronic devices and other material items) are delivered only to addresses within the CIS countries.

  1. If you are a Contest Winner and have been awarded a material Prize, it may take more than a month for it to be delivered.

  2. If it is impossible to send the material Prize, the Winner may be paid cash equivalent to the value of the Prize, as determined by the Organizer.

  3. If the Prize is cash, the conversion of foreign currency amounts will be made at the current OANDA exchange rate on the date of the transfer. The payout process may take up to three months from the date of the Contest results.

  4. The Winner can take any Prize in the form of in-game currency.

  5. If the Prize is provided by the Organizer's partners or sponsors, it cannot be exchanged for cash or in-game currency.

  6. The Winner has the right to claim the Prize within 183 days from the announcement of the results.

Prohibitions

  1. The Participants are prohibited from:

1 Submitting third-party works, including those created using generative AI models without significant author involvement, as Contest works.

2 Using multiple accounts, fake profiles, or accounts registered to other people to participate in the Contest.

3 Violating the exclusive or other rights of third parties.

4 Posting materials containing insults, aggression, obscene language, elements of discrimination, propaganda of violence, weapons, prohibited substances, sexual content, or other information that violates laws or moral standards.

5 Using automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.) to participate in the Contest.

6 Manipulating votes, likes, comments, or otherwise unfairly influencing the results of the Contest.

7 Violate the rules of the site where the Contest is held (Social network or «Standoff 2 Art Platform»).

8 Violate other restrictions specified in the Contest News.

Sanctions

  1. In case of violation of the Rules or commission of other prohibited actions, the Organizer has the right to:

1 reject the Contest work without explanation;

2 cancel the Participant's participation and/or invalidate previously awarded results;

3 refuse to transfer the Prize;

4 block or restrict access to the Organizer’s official Social network and/or «Standoff 2 Art Platform»;

5 in the event of a serious or systematic violation, block the violator's account in the Game;

6 apply other measures provided for by law or the Organizer's policies.

  1. If you participate in the Contest using «Standoff 2 Art Platform», if your work is rejected, you will receive the following notification: «Unfortunately, your work has not passed moderation and has been removed. If the submission process is still ongoing, you can add a new one». The rejected work will be removed from your profile. For questions about the reasons for rejection, please contact support – they are available in the lower right corner of your profile page.

Special conditions for the Contest

  1. The Organizer of the Contest has the right to change the terms of the Contest or cancel the Contest by posting the relevant information on the Social network where the Contest is held and/or on the «Standoff 2 Art Platform» service.

  2. The Organizer has the right at its own discretion, without explanation and without corresponding with the Participants, to invalidate any actions of the Participants if they contradict the Rules.

  3. The Organizer shall not be liable for the Winner's failure to receive the Prize, including in the following cases: the Participant providing inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous personal data; the Participant's refusal to provide personal data or withdrawal of consent to its processing; the Participant's refusal to participate in the Contest; failures in the operation of electronic communication systems, the Internet, or other technical resources beyond the control of the Organizer.

  4. In the event of claims from third parties against the Organizer related to the violation of exclusive or other rights to the Contest works, the relevant Participant shall bear full responsibility for such violations.

  5. The Organizer shall not compensate for losses, costs or other expenses incurred by the Participant in connection with participation in the Contest.

  6. The Organizer reserves the right to publish additional information about the Contest, as well as to make changes to the terms of the Contest, promptly posting updated information in the Contest News.

  7. The results of the Contest are final and not subject to appeal.

  8. The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • technical failures on the Internet or with Internet service providers, or hardware/software incompatibility;

  • inability to contact the Participant due to a technical failure;

  • actions/inactions of third parties that resulted in the inability to participate in the Contest;

  • inability to award the Prize due to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;

  • incorrect information provided by Participants;

  • violation of the Rules by Participants;

  • force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, military actions, changes in legislation, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer;

  • any losses or damages, direct or indirect, incurred by Participants in connection with participation in the Contest, including due to failures in telecommunications networks, malware, actions of third parties, etc.

  1. The Organizer has the right not to respond to complaints, requests and questions sent by Participants by e-mail or other means of communication.

  2. These Rules are the only official document governing the conditions of participation in the Contests.

  3. The Contest does not constitute a game of chance based on risk and is not subject to the regulation of gambling legislation.

  4. In all matters not provided for by the Rules, the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus shall apply.
